Students have the talent to engage themselves in any developing activities. Someone may know graphic design, SEO, Web development, some interested in IT or some have the ability to convince to any customers. But in the present situation, family members contribute to demolishing their children dream by influencing their preference.So, don't bury your talents & guardians should not neglect their children's talents.
Moreover, students are being directed when it was the matter to select a subject from 3 alternatives in class 9. Therefore many students change their subject later when they fail to adapt.
However, the job market is shrinking day by day & when students fail to find any job, they become unemployed due to lack of experience to adjust any alternative one.
Our society tends to see the business as a downcast occupation. Even they are supposed to define business as grocery shops. Although lots of opportunities have existed for the students in business, most of the students aren't interested in it.
Hence, the time has come to change our conventional mind. Parents need to identify students affinity & prioritize the preference of the students. Otherwise, it would be very tough to survive in future as the job market is being competitive.
